Remember me?!?!? It's Cris! OMG I've missed you guys! I"m so sorry I've been so distant for so long. My m/c was really hard to deal with (especially at Christmas and also finding out that 2 of DH's cousins were newly pregnant around that time too- one due the day after I was) and we had a few other curve balls thrown our way since then and it's been very difficult for me to come back here in a semi-positive mind-frame. I'm doing ok now. I think God wanted to keep us busy while we were grieving as I had a truckload going on with work and stuff.
As far as TTC goes, we are on a forced TTC with MA break right now. Among the many curve balls we were thrown was DH being laid off on New Years Eve and losing our health insurance and a bit of our savings. He thankfully has a great new job and we are waiting for the new insurance to kick in. We're still trying naturally, but if it didn't work after 2+years, we're not expecting much now. My Dr and his associates conferred on our case and have a few suggestions for when we are able to start up. He has confidence that IUI is still the way to go for us and we'll get our sticky baby soon after we start trying again. It's looking like we'll be 1 month shy of TTC for 3 years when we can start again with MA.
So, that's what's up with me, I'll be around here and there through the next few weeks. I'm guessing that some days it will be difficult to hop on the boards when I know I can't do much to help us get pregnant while everyone else is able to, if that makes sense.
I've keep tabs on most of you through Toni and some others, but I really want to know everything... how you guys are doing, where you are as far as ttc still, hopefully most of you have gotten yourselves outta here with your BFPs though. I also want to meet the new girls on the board too! Please let me know about yourself and I'll be sure to introduce myself to you properly!
I continue to pray for everyone all the time! I can't think of a more deserving group of ladies to get their BFPs. I love you guys really did miss you all and look forward to catching up!

I'm glad to see you too, Cris. I've certainly missed you around here! You know what's going on with me. I'm with you on the forced MA break, so I can relate and feel the same way. Hopefully we'll both get a surprise miracle soon.

OMG, i think about you all the time, wondering how you are doing!!! I'm SOOOO glad to hear from you again. I have definitely missed you!!!! How long till you can start ttc again with MA?
I had an appt with my regular OB last week. She finally admitted that we probably need specialized help. We have an RE appt this coming week. I'm excited and nervous. I'm nervous about how much money this journey can potentially be. But that is my news. I've kinda of given up the a'natural way in my mind.
Again girl, it's so good to hear from you. Please stay around and chat!!! I feel like we're on a break till we get a plan. HUGS GIRL

So glad you found a chance to stop by! I think about you often!
Same old same old here and actually we are looking at having to sell our house and move in with my IL's in the coming months. DH might be losing his job because of the NASA budget cuts! We aren't sure exactly when it will happen - we will see. Depending on how things are going with DH's job and stuff we are going to look into IUI after AJ turns 4 (in August). In the mean time I am due for my yearly exam!

Hey ladies!!! Thank you so much for welcoming me back so warmly! I really did miss you all terribly!
Kim- I enjoyed reading all your facebook updates during the olympics! I couldn't help but cheer on the Canadian Curling Team! LOL
Jackie- you know my heart is breaking for you... At least we can be "on a forced MA break" buddies and pray for our surprise miracles together! I'm here if you need anything... big HUGs!
Lynda- We are looking at July at this point to start with MA again. That's 1 month shy of 3 years ttc which stings really really bad, but we're counting down the cycles rather than days so it'll go quickly! LOL I'm glad in one way that you'll be heading to the RE, cause you can move forward hopefully, but I'm sad that you have to too.
Christina- I'm so sorry about your DH and his job... I hope that it doesn't end up happening. I know it's such a scary time. If you need to vent, I was just there, so please get in touch with me anytime! It looks like we might be IUI buddies this summer depending on my cycle! Hopefully everything will work out for us both!
Thanks again for the warm welcome back.... I honestly can't tell you how much I missed you all and of course I love you ladies!

Cris! OMG! Its so nice to hear from you...I think about you quite often! I felt so bad when that happened I wanted to send you a pm so badly because I know how hard a loss is, but I wanted to give you your space. Im so sorry for all that you have gone through and cant imagine how difficult it must have been to have DH lose his job on top of the loss I hope you come around more when you feel like it, although I understand not wanting to be around when you are on a forced break right now Im anxious for you to do another IUI! I hope you get a sticky BFP out of it!!!!!
Since you've have been away from us...I have started seeing an amazing RE and was diagnosed with heterozygous MTHFR mutation. We (myself and my Dr's) thought that this has to be the reason for all of our losses, so I was put on Folgard. Then this cycle at my mid cycle ultrasound it was pointed out that My DH's SA was on the low end and the DR did a post-coital test and showed it to me. The sperm were ALL dead and not moving, and alot were deformed. So he looked over the SA again and said we definitely have some MFI issues. So we did our first IUI last Wednesday! Im hoping so badly that we dont end up pregnant again and have another loss! Im very hopeful because of the sperm washing, im glad that only healthy, mobile sperm were inserted!!
Sorry that got really long about me, its just alot has happened!

Thanks Ash... I'm sorry you're joining us on the "break" bandwagon right now. Though you've peaked my interest on why you're on BCP! Anyway, I hope you're break is a short one and you can get on to working towards that BFP soon!
Thanks Ashley- I'm sorry to hear about your MFI and the MTHFR... thankfully it sounds like you have a great RE who is working hard on getting you a sticky BFP! I'll be looking out for some updates from you over the next week!!! Good luck!
