How long on average have you ttc?

Just been wondering how long you girls have ttc up to now?

This is cycle 22 for us and we are prayin for that BFP

Are there many of us, that are past the yr mark?

Me and dh tried for about two years. This is our first pregnancy since we lost our twins 3 years ago.

So trust me, when it feels like you are ready to give up...DONT! IT WILL HAPPEN!

I got pregnant on my 14th month of active trying but several months of not preventing. I did have a M/C on my 9th month.

I started in Feb. 2005, but took a break from September to Feb. I started back last month. I am 45 (so, all this may be futile) and DH is 32.

i got pregnant cycle 1 last may but miscarried in june..we have been hoping since than and id say actually trying for about 8-9months out of the 11 so far..i had gotten my wisdom teeth out and was on pain meds etc. so we took time off but it feels like its been the WHOLE year that im disappointed every single month..i have this issue where i blame myself

We are on cycle 20 of trying with this being the 4th on Clomid. UGH! I have passed the 1 year mark and am heading to the 2 year one. I also have a doctor impossed time limit of no more after 40...which I turn in May.

I have been off of the pill for a total of 22 cycles. We have been aggressively trying for the last 11 cycles (following CM and BDing every other day around ovulation, BBT).

aw try to keep hope ladies..i feel so bad for those of you who are struggling with ttc #1..you are all so strong and i know you will be blessed with a baby soon! i will pray extra hard for you all tonight..im emotional today or something

I have been trying since September 2004. We did clomid and metformin for 2 months but still nothing.

Well, I just got my 3rd BFP on my 35th cycle of TTC.

Went off the pill in May 2003.
1st BFP Jan 2005, ended in m/c March 2005
2nd BFP Dec 2005, ended in m/c Jan 2005
3rd BFP April 2005...

Hang in there ladies....it is a long road, but it is so worth getting that BFP. I have only been pregnant for a few weeks at a time, but those few weeks were the best of my life!!!!

this is month 20 for us. i look at it as only month 8 though becuase it takes the depo about a year to "ware off" so the first year i cancelled out in my head.

Not sure how many cycles (mine are really short often), but we got pregnant on the 24th month of trying! Well, we'd gotten pregnant before that, but this one stuck. We had several months of not preventing, but didn't do anything differently at all when we started trying. We thought that it we didn't really speak of it as trying, it might take off some of the pressure. But no such luck!

I am in the TWW of cycle 8. We are TTC #1. I have not had any miscarraiges, beans stick, nothing. We have BD at the right times and the last two months we have tried the every other day method in case there is a low sperm count issue. We've tried preseed, vitamins, tea, everything. I ovulate and my OB/GYN seems to think everthing is fine with me so far but won't test until a year of trying. I am hoping that after this cycle if there is nothing that DH will go get his swimmers tested.

We have been TTC for about 10 months that I have been off BC, but it has not been 10 cycles. More like 4 or 5 since they are so incredibly long. My body can't seem to get back on track. We have had SA which was normal and I have had an HSG, CD 3 bloodwork, ultrasound, and other bloodwork done. So far everything has come back normal. My dr seems to think I am ovulating just not very often.

We use Preseed and I just started taking EPO. Next cycle we will start Clomid.

We have been TTC now 14 months, I think. Starting ovulex as soon as it comes in. Gotta do something well I wait for dr to refer me to specialist.

DH and I are coming up on the one-year mark. I'm not sure exactly what day it was, but I know it was May sometime 2005 when we stopped preventing. We've been on hold for the last 2 months due to medications I've had to take for endometriosis, but we'll start trying again the end of this month.

I have been ttc with DH for well over 3 + yrs

With my son it took 2 cycles to get pregnant. He'll be 5 is August.

I'm on cycle 8 of TTC baby #2 without success. I am so very upset and disappointed right now.

We started TTC in Jan 2004, got pg in June 2004, m/c in July 2004. We waited three months before trying again. Then got pg in May 2005, m/c in July 2005. Waited two months before ATTC. We're still not pg. So I guess it's been over two years waiting to have a successful pregnancy, but it's only been 18 months when you take out all the months I had to wait or was pregnant.
