here's mine...

so it was my DH's bday last weekend. we had my dad and his girlfriend over. my dad's girlfriend's daughter is pregnant. AND his girlfriend wouldn't shut up about it! over and over and over and over... now she has NO CLUE we've had 4 miscarriages, but she just simply wouldn't shut up about it. Then after the subject finally died, my DH asked her if her daughter was excited. NO SH*T she's excited!!! Then we had to hear about how excited she is. I had to leave the room! now all i can hear in my head is her saying, we're getting a baby!!!! getting? like a dog? argh

oh, that's rough.

my gripe today is that i had my HSG over 2 weeks ago and haven't been called by a nurse to talk about the next step. all i know is the doc who was performing it said "looks like you might have had a little blockage, but the dye cleaned that right up. you're good to go!" and that was it. doc, what's the next freakin' step? so i called the office last friday, got a call from a nurse who didn't know where my chart was, so she asked "what all have you had done?" here i am at work, saying stuff about ovulation and bleeding and cramping and semen analysis, hoping nobody overhears me in my office. what happened to my chart, and where is my regular nurse? i told her i was concerned that i have been ovulating later and later every month, and she told me she'd just have to call me back. well, ok. it better be today. grrrrr. it's not nice to make impatient wanna be mamas wait.

Oh Lynda- I'm so sorry! I have to admit, when I first read through it (quickly) I thought it said your Dad's girlfriend was pregnant!!!

Anyway- not much of a tantrum today (yesterday was the motherload of tantrum days)... my tantrum today is that I wish I could go off the pill and not be in so much pain that I want to cry all day!!!!!!! I just want to have that "chance" of getting pregnant each month- the chance at a miracle, and instead I'm on the pill like a teenager again when all I want is to be a Mom.

Those are some seriously legit rants ladies! Big Hugs to you guys!

My rant is something I'm sure you've heard from me in like every post, but I want our new health insurance! This waiting is getting very old. Even DH who always says to be patient, says it's time to get the show on the road! Grr!!!

jackie that is funny about you thinking it was my dad's girlfriend. i'm sorry you're sad, i'm kinda there too!!! i'm trying to keep my head above water, but some days are very very hard!

cris, being patient is the WORST thing. i'm hoping this cycle just flies by for me. not sure what's ahead for me, which i don't like either
