Hi Ladies, i think its time i introduced myself here. I'm Erin, on cycle #8 of TTC #2. Really cycle #9 if you count my m/c in Oct. We got a bfp first try with both Enzo and my m/c. I really feel like something has been off with my body since my m/c, but my Dr. keeps brushing it off. For example, since my m/c i spot for 6-7 days after af, so im spotting at the same time i get ewcm. Next i get sciatic tingling during AF every month. And third in March i went to the ER with horrible abdominal pain and found out i had a cyst on my ovary (so i guess i had 2 since one ruptured, and there is still one?). My OB does not seem concerned with any of this. She said that most women around my age will have a cyst at some time or another. She said the spotting is unusual, but nothing to be concerned with (keep in mind i never had this issue before my m/c), and that the tingling could be nothing, or it could be endo but the treatment would be birth control. She was a wonderful OB for my pregnancy, but seems to be useless when it comes to ttc. She also would not run any tests because my insurance requires me to see a fertility specialist for any tests, and before i can see a specialist i have to take a fertility class. So im signed up for a fertility class May 27th, then will see the fertility specialist some time in June.

Whew, that was a lot. Oh i almost forgot, i also have a irregular uterus. I did not find out until the week before Enzo was born. Apparently it can cause fertility issues, but my OB seemed to think if i got prego and carried to term before i can do it again type of thing. I just got a notice that she is moving, and have switched OB's but have not seen my new one yet.

Hi! I'm new too! Sounds like we have similar issues going on... I'm hoping yours gets worked out quick and the process for your insurance (lame hoops!) goes smooth!

Welcome Erin... I'm sorry for your loss and for your struggles with TTC. I hope that you'll be able to figure this all out soon and be on your way to a sticky BFP in no time!

I'm Cris and my DH and I have been ttc our first for about 33 months with a loss in December. We've been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility" and we're waiting for our new insurance to kick in to start MA again.

I hope you're stay here is a short one. It's been quiet around here as we've had some graduate and some are taking a break... stick around though because these ladies are the most supportive you'll find! Good luck to you!

hi erin, welcome to our family. we are small, but sweet! i'm lynda and i'm no stranger to miscarriage. I just went through my 4th! yikes that sucks to type!! we are getting medical assistance now. I will tell you that my body took 6 months to return to normal cycles after my first miscarriage. the second one took about 4 months. so it can take awhile to get back to normal, as your body is totally thrown off whack from the hormones and hcg it builds during pregnancy. but if you truly thing something is wrong, tell your dr. straight out that you want to be checked more thoroughly. you have to take charge of your medical, as some drs will just put you off. good luck and keep us posted!!!

Hi Erin!

Im Ashley (23) my DH is Jason (25) we have been TTC for 17 months (only 14 cycles though due to taking a short break before our wedding) we have had recurrent early miscarriages. We are on a natural cycle this month and will go back to do another IUI next month.

I hope your new Dr takes you more seriously. If your cycles were always the same before and now only after the miscarriage have changed, you would think they would look into what your telling them about! Good Luck with the new Dr!
