Just got my results in for my second beta and progesterone. So on Friday my levels were at HCG 20, and Progesterone 22. 96 hours later my HCG is at 116 and Progesterone is at 22.9. I think that is good, but the Dr. seemed a little concerned about my progesterone. They are sending me back for more bloodwork on Friday just to make sure it doesnt drop below 20. Should I be concerned? I am just praying this LO sticks! We have been waiting for this for sooooo long!!!
I think progesterone can be all over the place. Mine was 70 during one of my MA cycles, but I wasn't prego. I can't remember for sure, but I think mine was around 20 when I was checked for my first beta. I was already on progesterone and was told to keep taking it as a precaution because of my history of low progesterone. I don't think 20 is a bad number, but if you would feel more comfortable being on progesterone, I don't think that could hurt. I know it eased my mind. I had a really hard time when I was done with the first trimester and was told to stop taking it. I was a bit of a nervous wreck since I wasn't convinced my body knew what to do.

My progestrone was 10 during my PG cycle and I never spotted once, it isnt *that* big of a deal unless it is dropping...the thing that matters more is the HCG, and yours sounds great (fwiw, I think there is more than one sticky bean in there)
Thanks ladies! I am actually on PIO for this cycle. But I talked to my Dr. and they are really not concerned. They are just keeping an eye on it for now since it is close to 20 and that is where they want it. Also, I guess I have to get bloodwork anyways cause once my HCG is around 1000 I can schedule my first U/S to find out how many beans there are.
I am convinced there is just one, but DH thinks there are two. Guess we will find out soon enouch! haha
Thank you brie_91 for this fabulous siggy!!
