do you prefer baby sling carriers or the frontal carrier?

i think the slings look cool, i'd just worry about baby falling out....

I think I'd prefer a front carrier after using each when I nannied. I always worried about the baby falling out of the sling too and found myself with one hand always on the bottom of it, thus negating the acutal theory behind the "Hands free carrying system" lol
