As a couple I mean. The stress has really been wearing on us. We're fighting. We're both unhappy and feeling like this will never happen. We don't have money. We don't have fertility insurance. It's hard not to blame him. I have had 3 kids on my own; he has MFI. I try not to cast blame b/c I know it doesn't help any, but I can't say that the thought doesn't cross my mind on occasion.

So how do you guys deal?

i don't know how we handle it. i think we just don't bicker about it anymore. there have been times when we did, but it only made things much worse. so now i just shut up when anything starts to brew! i'm sorry you are going through it, it really stinks!!! if you don't mind my asking, what is his MFI issue?

It hasn't been easy. DH gets stressed out and sad when I am stressed out and sad...and two stressed out, sad people tend to argue about dumb things. He gets upset when I am sad/bitter that everyone and their dog is pregnant except for me and that I wanted to be having a baby soon, not still trying for one! It helps me to remember that we BOTH want this so bad...we are on the same team, not against each other, so why argue? If I stay positive, it helps him stay positive and we are both in better spirits. Ugh. I don't know though It stinks.

It's so hard not to get stressed easily when you're having difficulty ttc. I think that after nearly 3 years, my DH and I have just come to the understanding that we do need to fight or bicker about things every now and again. If we hold it in, it'll be way worse in the long run, so we have our little arguements or melt-downs as we like to call them. Afterwards, we tend to feel a lot better. I know I personally tend to push the issue with everything and DH knows when to let me and when to call me out on it.
I hope things start to look up soon for you guys!!!
