what a horrible emotion...

we had father's day at my house and my dad's girlfriend's daughter is pregnant with an "oops" - everytime the baby came up, I had to leave the room. it felt so horrible! i heard about the great rummage sale they went to and bought a ton of baby clothes, yadda yadda yadda. I'm so tired of hating myself for feeling so jealous of others...

Oh Lynda... I have lived that situation SOOO many times! I'm sorry hon! It sucks royally!

I figure I'm the most jealous person in the world. It's bad. I hate it and I just don't know how to change it. Being forced to deal with infertility certainly does not help at all. Try to hold your head up high and know that you're being the better person by walking away and not saying anything mean!

I'm so there with you...been feeling that alot.

It's crazy because I watch a Baby Story and Deliver Me on tv etc....can watch those shows all the time. It doesn't bother me.

Stuff like what you described does though.

So sorry....I'm totally there with you though!

I can't watch anything that has to do with babies, can't talk about their babies with people... even when I see preggo bellies and TICKERS I want to cry. I'm pathetic.

TTC our first together for almost 13 months and suffering from MFI.

Cycle #9 [May 29th, 2010]: 50mg Clomid CD 5-9: NO FOLLIES. On Provera.
Cycle #10 [July 13th, 2010]: 100mg Clomid CD 3-7: NO FOLLIES. Trying to ovulate on my own via a scan on CD 18! 12mm follie.

IUI #1 on August 3rd- CD 22! BF?

I began having to avoid my pregnant friends or them with their new babies. It would hurt me too much. I am sorry you had to deal with that on Father's Day! HUGS!

I deal with this alot too. Its hard. Everytime I turn around another person is pregnant. The ones that really bother me are the "oops" ones. Like my cousins girlfriend who shouldnt be procreating. I guess its frustrating because were actually trying so hard and they have an oops...keep your head up though, we will get our bfps eventually.

thanks gals, i still feel really horrible. I'm sure my dad's girlfriend noticed that I vacated every time it came up. she is really intuitive. but glad she didn't say anything to me. hugs for all we have to go through gals!
