Does anyone ever have back pain with AF? My doctor has been somewhat concerned about endometriosis. The only symptom I really have is back pain though. Does anyone have any information?

I have back pain with af. Have since I was 12 and I don't have endemetriosis. Actually Endo pains are in your stomach and really really sharp (my mom had it)
