Hello ladies. Couple of questions about when you are ttc. Do you drink alcohol, coffee, not eat certain things? Just curious. Let me know.

Hi there,

I do not drink, I do drink coffee occasionally, then stop around when I am suppossed to ovulate and stop altogether until AF comes. I look at it as I cannot give everything up if I am not pregnant, what if it takes a few years? Best wishes and baby dust!

Hi,

I have stopped drinking coffee and only drink tea about once a week.As for drinking a do still drink but have cut down.I haven't really stopped eating anything but do try to eat more fruit and veg.

I have been drinking green tea as that is supose to help rid your body of toxins and help the egg implant (i think).I also drink grapefriut juice as that is supose to help with cm.

I quit smoking. I still drink soda but have it cut it back to once a day usually at lunch. I don't drink much at all the last time I had a drink was Valintines and it was just one. I probably won't have another for a long time to come. If we go out and I am in the 2 ww then I will not but otherwise I may think about it. I eat most of what I want.

I'm not a drinker, so this isn't a concern for me. I have eliminated caffeine from my diet because it is known to cause miscarriages. I think it's especially important to cut out any caffeine once you are in the 2 week wait, then again maybe I sound paranoid
