UPDATE:

So, my AF showed up and I was able to get to a walk-in clinic for another Rx of clomid (50 mg CD3-7). My doctor won't be back until August 16 so I will have to make my CD14 u/s appt then and also ask about an HSG for me and SA for DH. It would be nice to make sure there are no blockages or SA problems. I am feeling better about it not working last month (as only 40% get pregnant with clomid within 6 cycles). When I tried to ask the doctor what we would do the next month if it didn't work, she wouldn't even talk to me about it and then went on holidays without telling me that she was leaving or left instructions with anyone about what she wanted me to do for this cycle. (I know doctors have lives to and need holidays, but I just wish that she had left me a Rx or something).

My doctor put me on 50 mg of clomid from days 3-7 and had an ultrasound on day 15 (showed two good follicles 23.5mm and 25 mm). I had a 3,000 iu HCG trigger shot that day. I started taking 100 mg of prometrium (by mouth) the next day. My doctor told me to test on day 28 (August 1st).

Today when I wiped there was pink blood 2x. I have never cried at the end of a cycle until now. I am soo defeated. My doctor was soo sure she would get me pregnant that she didn't give any repeats on my clomid. If today ends up as day 1 I won't be able to get a doctor's appointment in time to get any more clomid for day 3. I don't know what to do. Why am I having spotting while taking prometrium???? I am soo confused.

oh hun i am so sorry. i really hope the witch stays away! i dont have any advice or experience with this, but i just wanted to mention that clomid can be started on day 5 and still be very effective, just in case you cant get a script in time. i really hope you dont need it tho! kup!

It might be implantation. Just relax and see what the next couple days bring you. I am not sure if you will start AF at all while still taking the prometrium. That said - if you do start full on AF call your doctor first thing Monday morning and get them to call in a new script of clomid! Good Luck!

you can start AF on Prometrium, but i hope that's not the case with you! i agree, see what happens in the next couple days. that is so hard to do, but you don't have a choice. does your clinic have an emergency number you can call to get a new prescript if you should need it? hugs i hope AF stays away. but keep us posted
