Hi guys,

This is my first time posting. My husband and I have been ttc since January. This is our 8th month. Our 1 year wedding anniversary is right around the corner (next weekend). I seriously thought we would have been announcing to our families that we were expecting by now. I don't know what to say other than it gets more and more depressing each month that af comes. I'm due to see my doc in a few weeks as she agreed to start with some lab work if we tried for 8 months without success. I have a hx of mild endometriosis. I am embarrassed to say how much money I have spent buying ovulation kits, thermometers, pregnancy tests. To make matters worse I am a pediatric nurse so my job entails working with kids all day long and pregnant mommies which makes each and everyday a struggle for me. I lay in bed every night and search the internet and read all of your posts, your struggles and your success stories, and that is what made me want to join. I need some moral support girls.....no one else I know has gone through this.....

I'm glad you found us! I know how hard it can get to see AF month after month, and fortunately (and very unfortunately) the ladies here and relate to that and are an awesome support because of that.

As an intro, I'm Jackie (28), DH is Jon (30) and we've been trying for our first since December of 2007. I was diagnosed with endometriosis (mine is not mild though ) and we've not had any success yet with any of our procedures to get pregnant. Hoping for a miracle though.

I'm sorry you have had difficulties too - I wish none of us were here!
I'm Judy, 31 and DH and I have been TTC since November 2009. We were ecstatic when I got pg in March but I had a loss at 6 weeks - that was very difficult

But we are back at it with no luck yet. Our anniversary is in October so I hope to have happy news for the family by then.

I have also spent a small fortune on all the tests every month I think this is it - well we can't help bring hopeful, can we..

I hope your stay is short here and you get that BFP really soooon!

Hi and This is a great board to get support when it is taking longer than you hoped to get pregnant. I wish there was no need for a board like this, but there is, so here we are!

I am 26 and my DH is 30. We have a 19-month old son who we conceived after TTC for 6 months. We are now TTC #2 and are on cycle #9. DH had a semen analysis done about 2 months ago and the results were very,very bad....to the point that his doctor was shocked to hear that we have a child already. So I will probably be here for a loooong, loooong time.

I hope your stay here is short and sweet and that you get pregnant very soon!
