I'm not very religious and neither is my husband, we actually haven't been to church since our wedding almost a year ago but I've been thinking about going back to help me "cope" with not being able to get pregnant. I'm hoping it will give me answers or peace of mind or something...I don't know. I'm wondering what else anyone has turned to besides jm to help you cope with your fertility issues.

DH and I are Christians and we do pray about our struggles and go to church. It really does help that we believe and trust that God has a plan for our lives, even if we can't see what that plan is right now. I talk to my mom, sister and a friend what has been TTC for as long as I have quite a bit about my struggles. I also write in a journal about our TTC struggles sometimes and that helps just to get my feelings out.

i'm not religious, but i am spiritual, and i do believe that there is a plan for me and that me and my husband are facing this challenge for a reason. I think if it wasnt for that belief i would have cracked up long ago.

I personally have found by trying to attend church on a more regular basis, that has REALLY helped me a lot. Some of the things discussed I've related to TTC & have even found myself getting a little watery eyed while there. But overall I personally feel really lifted after going .....my DH doesnt go, but that's ok, took me awhile to get over that. Everyone is spiritual in their own way.
