What cycle days did you take it and what day did you ovulate?

How many mg are you/were you on, 50mg?

I am nervous about taking it, especially since DH will be leaving town about CD 18 or 19. I am crossing my fingers that I will O before then. I am wondering if I should take it a day earlier, so that I might O earlier. Like days 4 through 8 or something.

I took Clomid CD 5-9 and it was 50MG. According to my chart I o'ed on Cd 14 but the Dr dated me O'ing 2 days later.

I also took mine at night because I was told that they side effect were not as bad if you did that. I did have hot flashes and was a little moody. When it came time for me to O for the first time I had EWCM and let me tell you OMG It hurt so bad when we BD I told him to hurry up....lol

I've taken 50mg of Clomid for now 4 cycles. I take it from days 5 to 9. I too take it at night which I have found to be good for side effects not being so bad. I do get hot flashes and have been more weepy than normal. But nothing more than that.

3 of the 4 cycles on it I've Oed on CD17 and one on CD21. I am hoping that this cycle is it but am not holding my breath.

If AF does come then I'm going to use the monitor and strips I bought....OPK.

Thanks for replying. I think I will take Clomid at night too. AF showed today, so I will be starting Clomid in a few days. Hope it does the trick.

I took clomid cd3-7 I was on 50mg, I took clomid at 7pm every night and had just a few hot flashes but I had a horrible headache for 3 out of the 5 days...it never went away, not even with meds. I o'ed on cd 16.

I hope you don't have very many s/e and I hope you o early!!

Thanks Addie! I hope I am as lucky as you are and get my BFP on my first and only round of Clomid. I will be taking 50 mg and my doc said to take it days 5 through 9. My progesterone result at 7 DPO was a 7 which shows some ovulation. I am thinking about taking it days 4 through 8 this cycle to see if helps to ovulate a day or so earlier since DH is leaving on CD 18 for me. I haven't decided yet. Did you BD everyday around O or did you guys do an everyother day kind of thing. I am worried that I am going to stress out too much around O time and delay it, but I don't know how to not stress.

At 50mg I O'd on CD 16, and now on 100 mg it looks like it is still CD 16 (I took clomid CD 5-9 both times). Hope you don't many S/E's and O soon.
