I just took another OPK to make sure that my surge was indeed on its way down, but it was positive. Like, mega-positive. Like instantaneous dark lines, with the test line significantly darker than the control line. That actually was the fastest it's ever gotten positive. But, I had a major temp spike this morning.
So which do I go by? How do I know if I've ovulated or not if my temp is already up?
Sigh.
I mean, we're gonna BD again tonight and tomorrow, just to be sure, but this is super weird and confusing to me. I hate thinking I O'd and finding out I may not have! What's your take on this?

Update: I did some googling and found out that positive OPKs are common the day after ovulation, because LH can take a little longer in some than others to reach the urine. I'm 99% sure I o'd yesterday, but we'll bd tonight anyway to be sure!
I'm also having o pains in my left side, a sign that my fallopian tubes are contacting after having expelled an eggie!
Oh two week wait, why must you be so long??

Looks like you answered your own question! LOL. I was going to say that the LH can stick in your system for a bit and some of the OPKs can be more sensitive than the others. So I think you're covered with your BDing and the plan to continue BDing! BDing is always fun anyway, right?

Also Katie, you are using the IC tests. When I used them I always got a positive AFTER I ovulated which did me no good! I switched to the clearblue digital ones and it tells me the day before I ovulate.

Either way I think you have your bases covered. Praying for you!!
