if you BBT do you oral temp or vaginal temp. do you notice a difference? which do you think is better?

i started orally but found it wasn't all that accurate for me. so i switched to vAginally and had much better luck with that!

I agree... plus I sleep with my mouth open so I figured that could change things! I found my charts were a lot more concise after I switched!

I temp orally, but rarely sleep with my mouth open or anything. I found it reliable for me. I do know that anyone who's temped vaginally has nothing but good things to say though and feels it's way more accurate.

I also temp vaginally, because I'm a mouth sleeper and Husbear is a covers hog, so The top half of me was always changing. Temping vaginally proved to be far more accurate and consistent for me.

so if i want to go to temping vaginally do you disregard temping altogether while AF is here or do you temp orally or what.....

Nah, you don't have to temp during AF. Those temps are usually erratic, anyway. Start temping the first day AF is gone.
