I vaginally temped this morning and my temp was 98.04 which is extremely high for me....I never get temps that high until post o. Is this normal?

Temping vaginally give you much higher temperatures than oral temping. Mine went up almost a whole degree. It doesn't really matter WHAT the temp is each day- what matters is the spike it'll make after O. It just kind of shifts everything up a bit, so your post-O temps will also be higher than usual. Does that make sense?

what katie said...if this is your first vaginal temping then it'll be higher..

to the other girls. vaginal temps are higher, but as katie said, the actual temp doesnt matter, its the pattern that will give you the most info. on cd7 tho there is plenty of time to get a vaginal pattern before O so if you are more comfortable doing it that way then go for it!
