how come everyone is so quiet lately?!?!

Hey Ladies!

Where is everyone?! Our board seems so quiet the past week!! Seems like there is a lot of BFP happening lately!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyways, I thought we could do a little check in to see how everyone is doing!

I'm on CD 11, waiting to O......seeing the fertility specialist next Friday! Woo Hoo!!

I'm around, but haven't been able to stop by the board as much.

I'm co-hosting TTC#1, so I've been focusing my time over there I guess.

On top of that, this last Clomid cycle was a bust, so I'm officially off of TTC w/ medical assistance until our second IVF cycle next Spring.

BFN this morning, 10dpo. Trying to remind myself that I'm not out yet, but it's hard.

WAAAHH! Temps are still up (today is the highest so far) and I have sore boobs and some dull cramping. Really wanted to see those beautiful pink lines this morning! Still hanging onto hope for our lucky cycle #7....

I was wondering that myself!! I am 3 dpo. However, despite the smiley face I received, I do not think I ovulated. Last month, I got two days of smiley faces on my OPK. This month, just one day, the next back to nothing. So I have now entered the oh-so-fun, tww.

I don't have a good feeling this month. However, the last three months, I've had good feelings, but only BFN. So maybe this is the month!! I did go to the dentist this morning, and didn't have x-rays taken, because we are waiting. I would love to have a cleaning in 6 months, and be preggers!

I think that if nothing happens this month, I may take the doctors advice and get on Clomid.

I'm quiet because I still never know what to say-It's always waa waa waa so I just keep it to myself

CD13 here, but doc warned me that this cycle could be completely void since I had a diagnostic lap on CD4. We're still waiting for new swimmers to finish maturing following dh's embolization, but we had a talk earlier today and due to a possible upcoming deployment if his numbers are good in December-our first real shot-I'll beg for clomid (vs my other surgery) and possibly freeze some swimmers for IUI while he is gone... sigh, lots to think about.

i'm quiet cos my af arrived yesterday. i still havent really picked myself up after it. me and dh are gonna take it easy this cycle. no opks, no charting. we will dtd on fertile days cos theres no way i couldnt. but i cant take the stress again. its officially a year since we started trying and i am not dealing with it very well, so i dont want to bring everyone down!

I'm doing the same this cycle- no charting and no opks!! I hope the relief in stress helps us both!

I'm quiet because I'm going through my miscarriage.. I have a blighted ovum and am going to take those pills to induce the actual miscarriage because my body definitely thinks I'm still pregnant (my sac is growing and my hcg is up).. I will be more active once it's over with and I can TTC again...

Katie- Hang in there its not over yet!!!!

I can't believe some of you ladies are not charting and using OPK! This has taken over my life (unfortunately) I don't know if I could just NOT one month. Do you just BD when you feel like it then or try to do it around O time?

Judy- I'm sorry about your miscarriage. I was following you some on the newlyweds TTC board. This must be a very difficult time for you right now....my thoughts and prayers are with you!

Seems like everyone is kind of *blah* this month for lack of a better word. I'm feeling the same way. I wish it would just happen to me already. I'm so tired of waiting. I think I'm going to go back to my "I'm not testing" this month because last month I wasted 35 bucks on pregnancy tests and still BFN. I think not testing and then getting AF is less of a disappointment then testing and seeing BFN after BFN.....

We are doing a "take it easy" cycle as well. No charting, no OPKs, and my DH wants to be kept in the dark about the activities of my ovaries

We are in the 3-month waiting period to see if DH's varicocele surgery worked and we are closing in on the one-year mark as well

It's time for us to just take a few steps back from hardcore TTC, it's not doing us any good anyway.

This becomes life for most of us!

After almost 3 years of charting and using OPKs, I need a break from it for sanity's sake.

After so long, you become pretty in tune with your body and can tell those fertile days just from CM and O pains and such. I'm hoping the break does me and my body some good!

I just hope we all can graduate from here soon!!!

I've been MIA because my laptop charger has decided that it will only work on occassion. SOOO frustrating! Ugh!

Update from me: Nothing new to report! LOL. Still ttc naturally and finalizing our plans for getting our new insurance set and moving on to our 3rd IUI... I can't wait, but am still Praying for a surprise miracle in the meantime!

Jackie- You will absolutely LOVE the break! I haven't temped since December and it's been sooooo nice and free-ing! I'm sure the break will do you a world of good! And like you said, you know you're body by now and can tell when to BD! Enjoy your freedom ladies!!! LOL
