I was wondering if someone could tell me a site that I can get free charts from.

I was hoping I wouldn't have to do this but I figure I will try to chart while waiting for appt with new dr.

Bobbi Most people on here use WWW.FertilityFriend.com I also used it and I loved it. They show you when you ovulate. You get a free VIP pass for 30 days that gives you chance to ask any questions that you may have till you can get used to it and then you can use it for free and have it basic or buy the VIP for about $15 for 3 months. I liked the VIP So I kept the VIP.

I too like Fertility Friend alot its a great place not only to chart but to go onto message boards...like here. I too have paid for my FF...I like the VIP. I'm probably going to pay again as I have about 25 days left.

Fertility Friend was great, though I never paid for the VIP after my free trial. Ovusoft is another site/product that many women on here use that charges a one-time fee. You can also get software (Taking Charge of Your Fertility) with book purchases and such.

Charting is fun, addictive, and a real nail-biter. DO IT!

I have started charting this month as AF found me yestrday.

However I have been looking at other charts posted and I am not sure how to read them. I assume that when it spikes up high then I have ovulated. Is this correct?

Any help is appreciated.

Darn AF!!! I'm so sorry... I'm glad that you're charting, though. You'll get a look at how your body is working every month.

Generally, a spike of .4 degrees or so (Fahrenheit) means that you've O'd. I'm occasionally a slow climber after O, so it may take several days to see that my body temp has risen and indicates ovulation. When you're looking at most charts, though, the day of the big spike is the day *after* O. Make sense? Say that today, your temp is 97.4 and you O today. Tomorrow, your temp should start going up.

I have no idea if that even helps...

FF also has some great explanations of how to read their charts--what indicates ovulation, possible implantation, possible pregnancy, anovulatory cycles, AF, and more. It might be worth a quick glimpse!

Again, sorry about AF, but I hope that this charting thing turns out VERY well for you!!!
