CD 9 I had great E2 levels at 1000 and 5 good looking follicles, so good my RE lowered my Follistim again. It's been:
150 iu
150 iu
150 iu
125 iu
100 iu
75 iu
50 iu
E2 1000, 5 follies, 25 iu
25 iu
Now today, CD 11 my E2 is 499 and I only have 3 follies (my big one at 16.5 gone???) biggest is now 14 ish
So he gave me the "option" of increasing my dose back to 125 iu for 3 days or we could just have intercourse tonight.???? *** I just don't know what to think, I'm so upset and not sure what now.

i am not sure i'm any help to you hun. i think i would up the dose back up and see what happens. did he lower it because he was worried about hyper stimulation? not sure why he lowered it in the first place and so dramatically. what did he recommend you do? i'm sorry your upset, but you have to try to do what you can to make this cycle work!!! good luck. i know loads of women who things took a turn, like you, but they walked away with a bfp cause they followed their gut! hugs

Thank you for the thoughts, I asked my RE if I could have ovulated early on CD11 (day 10 of meds) and he wasn't so sure. It was late Friday when he told me my E2 was 499 and I asked if they could check my Progesterone and he told me he would and call me the next day. Well he didn't. So today, Monday I had a 16, 15 follies and they called with my progesterone and I HAD ovulated! You always know your body better! I noticed my temps went up on Sunday morning (never saw a dip). Soooooo it's a good thing my DH and I did the BD on Thursday. I wish we had on Friday but I was so upset and defeated from my stupid appt. that day!
As a side note, my RE apologized for how he did my meds and offered my next cycle free (meds and clinic). So if this one isn't IT then we are on again next month. (I was all set to give it a rest but how can I turn that down)
