Can some one give me a brief explanation about how to read charts. I am just starting charting this month.
Am I correct in saying that if you are pg than the temp is supposed to stay elevated?
In a nutshell when you see a thermal shift you can tell ovulation happened. Typically when AF is approaching the high temps after ovulation will fall towards the coverline - although they can remain elevated through AF. Most charting experts say that 18 days of elevated temps are a good sign of pregnancy.
