I knew some people who weren't on JM, but struggled with TTC. One is my SIL's brother and his wife. They tried for 2 years and did IVF and are pregnant with a baby boy now. The other is a girl I knew in high school. She apparently was trying for 3 years, looked into adoption, did IVF and is now like 4 weeks pregnant.

My manager at work. She's been TTC since I've known her (nearly 10 years). They finally did IVF the month before me and got a BFP, but ended up losing the baby near 20 weeks due to a heart defect. She's planning on doing a FET in the new year.
