Last month I had a scope done on my tubes. The doctor said that period would be wacky, and it was, so I was expecting it so it was no big deal (my cycle was 22 days long, period was light but normal length and the usual cramps and everything). Fast forward to yesterday-my period came, again, making it a 20 day cycle. I'm pretty sure I ovulated on day 18 (typical for me, kind of early actually) so it's not like it was just a short cycle or anything. I'm bleeding a lot-soaked through 2 tampons last night/this morning-which is REALLY heavy for me. And there is a little clotting, but nothing alarming. Anyone have any clues on this? We're in Michigan on leave, about to travel tomorrow and we won't be getting back till Wednesday night so it's not like I can just go into my doctor or anything unless this is an emergency and I go to the ER or a clinic. I'm not sure if this is still backlash from the scope (doc didn't say a thing about it taking more than one cycle to get things back to normal) or if it's what I don't want it to be.
