So while I settle in, and enjoy the second half of this month's ttw, I was thinking about getting that BFP. And I have no doubt that it will come, maybe not next Thursday, but one day soon. And I was thinking about how I'm going to tell my husband. Back when I thought it would happen spontaneously I had great plans. DH is a HUGE University of Illinois fan. So last January I bought an Illini Onesy and some booties, they are still in the box in the top of my closet, and I bought this soon-to-be Father's day card, that gives instructions on how to put on a diaper, and is explaining it as a baseball metaphor.

However, it is going to be hard to be a surprise now, but I'm still going to try.

What are you going to do or what have you ladies done in the past to tell DH?

My DH has a huge sweet-tooth. I'm going to send him a cupcake from this amazingly delicious cupcakery here that says "Congratulations, Daddy." It's not much, but I think it'll be special to him! If I can keep it a secre that long and not run out of the bathroom and jump on him while he's still sleeping...

My DH is always with me when I test (which isn't too often). We both want to find out together. We did when I got my BFP last December and it was a really special moment for us and something I'll never forget.

I'll have to look, but there is a website somewhere with some awesome ideas on how to tell your DH! I think that as long as it'll be special between you and your DH/SO, that's all that matters!
