I've been off my pill now for 9 months and I am TRYING to pay attention to my body but I just can't figure out when I O. Even when I use the OPKs. I'm always kinda crampy and getting weird twinges of pain here and there even not around O. I'm just wondering if anyone of you ladies can actually "feel" it.

I can definitely feel it. Last month, I got a positive smiley on like day 13, but didn't feel like anything had happened. So I wasn't feeling very good about a BFP. Then on day 20 I was driving home from work, and my lower right side was pinchy, and painful. So I thought, I'd take another test. And got another smiley. It was pretty noticeable. Unfortunately, there was not enough time between O and AF for implantation.

Here's hoping to a month with Clomid, Ovidrel, and Prometrium makes it happen!

After taking all these hormones I'm reminded of that line in Sex in the City when Charlotte is trying to get pregnant, and Trey says to her, "You have more hormones in you than a 10 year old boy."

You're so lucky! When I get the smiley we BD like crazy and I have finally noticed that my CM does change around this time to the EW but this has taken me months!! haha I'm just not very in tune. Thats why I get WAYYYY excited when I get the positive OPK, the CM changes and then temp rise happens.....my body is doing what it was made to do....now if only I can catch that EGG!!!

I can definitely tell when I'm Oing. I get a very distinct crampy/pulling feeling on my side-back area. In fact, my Dr told me not to waste my money on OPKs cause I am apparently very in tuned with my body. LOL

When we did our MA cycles and everything was being monitored, I found it really neat to be able to pin point the different pains and pulls and twinges to all the different parts of my cycle. It also really reassured me that all the feelings I'd been having over the 2 prior years were right on.

alert...
I can tell that I have O'd because my nipples are EXTREMELY sensitive to touch from O time till AF arrives. Sometimes my underarms hurt, but not always.
