How many people do you give gifts to? I'm asking because even though we've cut our list down, it still seems very long. Not that I want to be cheap or thoughtless, but it seems a little much. Our families are just so big and even though we do secret santas in them, I still feel that our list is too long!

Let me count....about 10 I would say. Our families are not huge but its still expensive! We started doing a grab bag with the siblings on DH side. 100 bucks you put down 3 things you want in that ballpark. And then everyone buys for the little kids of course. And I know the list will only grow because out of me and DH's families only one couple has kids so far!!
