I guess I am ready. DH has to work so I'm going to spend it with my family. Our Thanksgiving traditions are sort of being re-created since my mom got married in July. We're all going to go to her and my step-dad's house. We're doing a pot luck type thing. I'm pretty stoked. I have two, well actually 4 step siblings now (but two of them don't talk to their dad so I don't really count them) and four step nephews! I'm so excited to be around family!!

My DH and I are going to my parents house and my in-laws are joining us as well. My parents and DH's parents get along very well, so it'll be nice not to have to split our time! My family always has such fun on the holidays. Especially now that my 5 and 8 year old nephews are such entertainers! We have all the traditional foods (including cheese in a can- don't ask! LOL) and then after dessert, we play board games for hours. I'm super excited!

i have it at my house every year. i love cooking, hate eating it, and hate cleaning up. love all the family together. we are going to announce our pregnancy to everyone on Thursday.
