That it would take so long and be so depressing 92% of the time.

4 miscarriages (or that we would hit four years and not have a baby at home!)

That I would be approaching the one year mark, and not be pregnant. In the middle of cycle 11 right now. And that I seem to be losing my energy to ttc. The thought of another round of doctor appointments, hormones and stress, fills me with dread, and some sadness.

That it would take WAY longer to conceive #2 than it did to get pregnant the first time (It took 6 months the first time, but I heard sooo many stories about people who had to try awhile the first time, and then got pregnant right away with their second child).

That I would have high FSH at the ripe old age of 26.

That my DH would have severely low sperm count and need surgery.

That my son would turn 2 without me even being pregnant ( we were hoping to have another baby before he even turned 2.)

I was pretty much unprepared for everything that has happened so far
