This is my first cycle on Clomid + Ovidrel trigger shot. I took Clomid 50mg CD 3-7. So I went to the RE today for my CD 12 ultrasound. He said that my uterine lining was 8.6. I had one follicle that was 15.5mm in my left ovary. There were also some small ones in the right ovary. He said that he wants us to BD on Saturday night, do the trigger shot Sunday morning, and BD again Monday night.

What do you ladies think about my follicle? This is my first cycle being monitored like this. Is 15.5mm good? Is 8.6 good for my uterine lining? What about the BD schedule that he gave me? We were doing every other day since I stopped taking the Clomid on CD 7. We were scheduled to BD tonight (we did last on Wed night), but he said to BD Sat, trigger on Sun, and BD again on Monday. Does that sound like what your REs have suggested?

oh i hope someone else can help you. I just don't remember. I am pretty sure your lining is looking good. and the BDing schedule sounds good to me, but I did IVF one cycle and don't really remember the follicle sizing. Did you RE think it was a good size? Hope someone else can be a bit more helpful than me. I wanted to wish you good luck! I hope you get your bfp!!!

hi there - i have not been ovulating on my own, due to a rt ovarian cyst; so, this month i went in for frequest US to monitor what was going on - i had a 26mm follicle on left side - some say this might be too big, but, it was just fine; i took the ovidrel shot the next day - we had sex before i took, and , after - i thought it was a wonderful shot - i had bloodwork done a week after to make sure i had ovulated - really imp to get progesterone levles checked - 10 is good, mine was 15; to answer your question, your follicle seems just fine and i hope ovidrel is as successful for you; keep me posted on what your progesterone level is
