I just started using Pre Seed recommended by a few mommies on here.

How much do I use for it to be completely effective? How far are you supposed to insert the applicator to place the lubricant? As far as a tampon would go?

I used it last night and squeezed lubriant in the applicator to the 1cm line. Is that enough or should I use more?

I push it up as far as it will go. You really want the stuff to coat your cervix, all the way in the back. I've always just used it up to the 1 gram (not cm but it doesn't matter) and I got pg twice so it should be enough. Good luck!!

Ok, that's what I did last night with the applicator. I pushed it up as far as it will go, not because I knew I had to coat my cervix, but because it doesn't feel as wet and slippery had I only inserted halfway.

Thanks Servilia
