Here's another new topic of mine that I have questions about.

It was suggested to me to take EPO or Flaxseed Oil to increase EWCM that I felt I was lacking.

I tried Flaxseed Oil and I didn't really see a difference in my EWCM the past couple months. I bought EPO today in softgel form and it advises taking it up to 3 times daily.

I was told I can continute to take Flaxseed Oil everyday, but EPO you have to stop taking it at a certain point in your cycle.

When do I start taking EPO and when do I stop??

I just finished my period that started on June 3rd.

You should take EPO until you O. It's advised taht you stop taking it at that point since it can cause uterine contractions. I only take one EPO per day until I know that I'm a couple days before O, then I bump it up to 2 per day.
