I'm sorry that the 2WW isn't going by so swiftly!!! You can come help me pack and move to make it FLY by!
For pregnancy, each one has been different. Honestly, I just knew each time I was implanting, even on the super-duper surprise one. As for symptoms, my breasts eventually became sore the first time around, but mostly, I was sleepy and queasy all the time. After a year and a half and getting pregnant again, my breasts didn't really get too sore for chemical pregnancies or miscarriages that happened at 5.5 weeks or less. I had virtually no symptoms with another other than increased hot flashes. This one, I'd had a chem pg right before and a miscarriage with a methotrexate shot about 3 months before, so my breasts were still getting very sore (VERY) right after O. I was more tired than usual, immediately queasy, and too warm, even in the dead of Montana winter at -40F!!! The weird thing for this one was that I KNEW that I was pregnant and was assuming another poor ending (I'd had nothing else), especially when my boobs stopped being sore at 12 DPO. I tested basically to have a record of the pregnancy. In other words, I think that symptoms really ARE different for each woman and for each pregnancy. I'm hoping that you get at least an inkling of an early symptom this time around!!!
As for Clomid, I've had friends and relatives who have had many cysts right after they've started, and some have kept getting them several months into TTC. BUT I've also had friends who got pregnant right away and still had cysts. In general, cysts *shouldn't* interfere with a pregnancy at all. It wouldn't be until much later that it might be a problem, though they can cause quite a scare if they start leaking--spotting and cramping, a pregnant woman's nightmare!!! I hope that your friend gets some answers AND a BFP!
And now, I should really shut up, huh?
