I remember you telling me that a while back that you had a M/C. I also remember you telling me that your Dr put you on Clomid to give your eggies a boost. My question is, did your doctor decide to do that right after your M/c? If so, did you start it the very next cycle or have to wait?
I got pregnant FINALLY last month after 13 cycles of TTC. Unfortunately I lost it at 5 weeks. My HCG levels never got past 28 and I was spotting the whole time. My nurse and I agreed that maybe prog. and clomid would be the next step. I hope so. I know it has only been a few days, but I am ready to try again.

Hope your last few weeks of pregnancy are going well and I can't wait to see pictures of your new litlle girl.

Well I just talked to my Doctor. He says that I don't need Clomid. He says that since I got pregnant that means that Clomid would do nothing for me. Not sure if I quite agree with that. They did say that they were going to put me on Progesterone starting on CD 17. So we will see. Sometimes I think I should go to an RE but it will be so expensive. The guy I go to now is just a regular OB but he deals with all of the infertility pts. I am just so frustrated and think my eggs need a boost. Oh well. What do I know.

I had a M/C in June of last year. I went in for a CD 21 check up on my Sept cycle and never went back for the results they called me before my october Cycle started and told me that I needed to come in so I went back in and they told me that I was ovulationg but not a mature egg and that is where my problem was coming from. So he gave me clomid my Progesterone the months before I went on Clomid was 7.9 the month I was on Clomid was 34.9 so they told me that I had had a great ovulation that month. That ended up being the month that I got my BFP.

I don't agree with your DR because if I had kept trying then I don't think that I ever would have got my BFP. I know how much it cost to go to another DR but if he will not do anything then I really would think about going to another OB for another opinion.

I hope that helps

I am so sorry to hear about your m/c my heart breaks for you I know how bad it hurts.

Thanks girl. It truly is frustrating dealing with these doctors sometimes. I am trying my best to understand why they do some things!!!

I know I have a great DR I would not trade him for anything! If you can find a DR that will work with you then hang on to him/her.
