i'm discouraged. it wasnt what i wanted to hear.

dh's sperm analyasis came back with a normal count but they were moving a little slow.

as far as my hsg she said that it is almost better to have a tube that is totally blocked than have a tube that is 75% blocked. with a partially blocked tube i'm more at risk for tubal pregnancies.

she said she didnt think that we would get pregnant without drugs. i dont want to do anything that is too extreme. i'm just frustrated at this point. it doesnt sound good and i will find out more at the follow up but it is just discouraging. not what i wanted to hear.

this sucks. really bad.

oh and on top of that blow i have high colesterol. i'm only 23. my dad has heart disease. its pretty bad but sheesh. so i'm going to meet with a nutritionalist which is good because i have no idea how to eat healthy. i usually just eat what i want which is part of my problem. it shouldnt be as bad because i've been running pretty consistently since i had that blood test but geesh. can i get a body transplant?

Awe. Keep your head up sweety! At least DH has a normal count, now you just gotta figure out how to make his boys a little more lively! And at least you have one good tube right?? One good tube is better than NO good tubes?! Also, dont get too down about having to use some fertility drugs.....maybe all you need is a round of Clomid to give your system a little boost! I am going to have to go one Clomid in a couple of months, as soon as we get my HSG and DH's SA done. It will be a couple months because we have to pay for it all ourselves as our insurance is HORRIBLE!!! Anyway, dont get discouraged! Just try to remember what you are going through all of this for.....in the end it will all be worth it!

Wow that sound like you got a lot of news all at one time. I am so sorry about the news can they do anything about the tube being blocked? I knwo itis hard but try to hang in there and see what the Dr can do to help I will be thinking about you!

thanks girls. i'm not sure what can be done about the blocked tube. i'm not willing to do surgery at this point. i guess i'll find out more at the doctors appt. thanks for all the support. i feel alot better with your kind words and after this news has been able to sit. i talked to dh and he said that the good news is when i talked to the doc she said i probably wouldnt get pregnant without fertility drugs. she didnt say i couldnt get pregnant at all.
