Hoping to figure out something lol. but to be honest. I know there is nothing I can learn from my first month of charting. Especially when I have such a crazy sleep schedule..

someone look at it and tell me it looks normal lol

Also, I wake up every day between 2-3 and then again at 5-6.. Should I take start taking my temp at the 2-3 mark because it takes me a little while to fall asleep and i am just wanting to get the most accurate one.

I'm not the best at charts, but it looks fine to me.

I think I would take the temp at the 2-3 time since that's when you first wake up.
alittlelost and avaught like this.

First.. your chart looks good second i think if you always wake up at those times thats your normal and therefore your morning temp would be accurate i have a new view on temping after reading some interesting articles about biorhythms. Basically your temps change based on the biorhythms that your body goes through during the different stages of sleep and so at 2 am you may wake in the middle of one of the lighter sleep cycles. The stuff i read basically says the most accurate bbt is after you have gone through all the stages which usually requires 6-8 hours of sleep so this scientists theory is that taking your temp every day upon waking after 8 hours of sleep or 6 hours no matter the time of wakening is more accurate than taking at the same time every day with varying amounts of sleep time so what matters is how much sleep u always get bc your biorythms are consistent so if you always get about 6 hours then if u go to.sleep at midnight then 6 am woukd be your most accurate temp and if u go to sleep at 11 then 7 am would be your most accurate temp. I dont know if this is just truth the article just made so much sense so basically if u tried this theory you would just have to figure out your average sleep time and set an alarm accordingly. I have done this the past two months and still had accurate and similiar temps and saw a thermal shift and the nice thing was it forced me to bed earlier sometimes but im not saying this is fact or anyone should change their views i just found it more logical bc i totally believe in biorythms etc. Sorry for the novel just thought this might interest some people. Fx your chart leads to a bfp!

Chart looks fine for your first time charting. Also some peoples pre o temps are very nutty.

With the taking your temp, its best to take your temp when you wake up for the day. Set your alarm. My wake up is 7.30 and I try my best when I am with Tony to have a alarm to wake me at that time then I just nap back.

I have always got my best results and my best read charts from taking consistent temps from when I have woken for the day, I have even gone to the loo for a pee at 6am and still gotten a normal temp at 7.30.
