Okay. DH and I haven't BD ALL WEEKEND because he had to work blah blah blah. Anyway, OPKs all negative. My back hurt awful bad all day Sunday. No temp rise yet. It's CD14 today. I almost always O on CD15 or 16. I think my LH surge is really short and sudden.

SO, silly DH DRANK A STUPID BEER tonight at dinner. I was planning to BD in the morning. NOW EWCM shows up tonight. Do I BD in the morning per original plan or tonight? I feel like it's my one and only shot this month. Remember - WE ARE 37! BD every day probably not helpful for us. I could choke him for that stupid beer. Please help LOL. Do I tackle him tonight or in the morning.

I think BDing tonight or tomorrow morning would be fine either way if you have enough fertile CM. Otherwise, try to BD closest to when you are Oing so the spermies have the most chance at surviving until they find the egg. Really though, I wouldn't stress about the beer. Having a single beer at dinner isn't going to magically make his sperm all die. Hell, I have a beer a few times a week. It's consistent overdrinking that can hurt sperm quality. No reason to choke the hubby. Life is stressful, TTC adds to that like crazy! I love a beer or a glass of wine now and then, and our hubbies are the same, even though we don't always see it. Try not to stress.

Thanks for answering. All my rational thinking goes out the window during O week. I only started checking CM last month. I just don't know how long I'll get EWCM. I don't have a ton now. It's mostly watery. I may wait until tomorrow. He's asleep anyway.

I agree with the other reply.

A single beer isn't going to damage ALL the sperm in matter of hours.

Good luck!

The beer will not really affect anything.

There is a study where you get heavy drinkers and smokers v t total and non smokers and there is no differrence in how many kids they have or how many pregnancies they have given.

Smoking for us is different, drinking only effects us after implantation.

Dont worry, relax and ewcm and sex is good remember. Do it tonight just incase. xx
