Dust to both of you ladies.

xxx

Please also bear in mind that everyone has a thermal shift after ovulation... IF you dont then you may not have good progesterone levels as its the amount of progesterone which increases your temp.

If your body tells you you have ovulated but your temps do not coincide with this then you need to get a blood test at what you think is 4-5 dpo to get the levels of progesterone.

Doesn't sleeping with your mouth open affect that too? I think that was my problem last month.

There are many things which can effect your temp environmentally. This is why I have started vaginal temping and if you saw what my past charts were like from when I was TTC you would see it works for me. I have a true thermal shift these days and it was hard to see them last time.

Even though I did have a LPD my levels were good until 7dpo then they dropped.. it took 4 cycles to get tests done as sometimes I couldnt pinpoint from temps so had to go off cm and the last day of fertile cm was either O day or the day before O day...

So vaginal temp, it saves the heartache lol. x
