I remember a while ago someone mentioned a pressure point in your abdomen which when rubbed help improve the condition of your uterine lining. Since my m/c could have been caused by a not so stellar lining I'm interested in finding out more about this. Does anyone remember? I'd love to find like detailed instructions so I know I'm doing it right or maybe even a video.

If you know of any thing else I can do to keep my lining healthier longer I'd love to hear about that as well.

I don't know about the pressure point. I do know that you can drink red raspberry leaf tea to tone your uterus and to thicken you lining. I just started drinking it myself yesterday. I bought it online on Amazon.

Does that taste okay? I know I tried to do the apple cider vinegar thing and couldn't because it tasted so bad I couldn't get it down. I'm worried about trying anything else you have to drink because of that.

I don't think it's too bad. It doesn't taste much different than regular tea or green tea. You can always add raw honey and lemon, or sugar to it if you prefer a sweeter drink.

I don't blame you on the apple cider vinegar. I don't think I could drink it either. Yuck!

I'm not a fan of green tea but I drink a lot of black tea and occasionally other herbal teas so I might give that a try next cycle.
