At what point in your cycle do you start craving all of the stuff that is so terrible for you? What do you crave?
It never seems to fail that as soon as I have Oed I start to crave all of the junky fast food in the world and beer. So frustrating. I'm going along eating my salads and veggies like I'm supposed to and then bam all of a sudden my body says oh no no you want to eat that greasy cheeseburger instead of that big plate of veggies. It's so hard to be good.
I don't know. I think it's more of an emotional thing for me. Like if I'm stressed or depressed about getting AF/not O'ing/whatever I am more likely to eat bad stuff.
The last few days have been really weird for me though. Tuesday we went to Dairy Queen and picked up blizzards for later, and mine has been sitting in the freezer since. I haven't even eaten half of it. Every time I get it out I eat a few bites then put it back.
