I regularly donate blood just because it makes me feel good. You know you can save 3 lives by donating a pint? Hint, hint... go do it!
Anyway, I never really looked into it, but I lost my donor card a very long time ago and just got my new one in the mail. My blood type is O+ and I was talking to DH about what types I can accept, and who can accept my blood, and a google search uncovered this:
I believe it Im O - there are blood type diets out there a couple of ladies I know are following it and there O as well good luck.. its been 2 years for me trying.but I also have 3 kids. took me 2 years last time.. first 2 wernt planned and just happened..
I am also O. Took 2.5 years with Serenity. 2 years ntnp for the last loss and now im on cycle 6 since the loss.
Also TTC for 2.5 years with Serenitys dad with no BFP at all.
I also read somewhere that female blood type and male blood type matter too with the level of fertility in the couple. I think its 0 and A that do not mix that well and have low fertility as a couple and you got it right. I am O and serenitys dad was A.

TTC for 2 years. I never gave up thanks to the girls of TTC
I don't know what my blood type is, but I'm pretty sure it isn't O.
I wish I could donate blood. My veins are so sucky though that I get sent home. Whenever I need bloodwork done they have to use the little butterfly needle for babies and then they have to worry about it coagulating before they get enough and it's just a mess. I also end up looking like a druggy by the time I'm done with so many needle holes in my arms.
Thanks Bokkechick for my wonderful siggy! TTC Blog
