Well I had my scan and they found baby without having a transvaginal US which was good and she said straight away everything is good and there is no reason why this pregnancy shouldn't progress healthily.
Baby is exactly 7w6d which is a match to my calculations based on ovulation which I am very very happy about. I saw the little heart flickering away. I have another scan mid January and after that one I will be telling Serenity. I really want to keep it from her until I have a baby to show her on a photo and not a growing blob.
I am so so so so so so happy I can't explain. I cried for a long while and I am still teary.
So here is the long awaited first photo of my gorgeous little growing healthy blob.
I love this post! It totally made my day CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN MAMA! I'm so happy your little miracle rainbow baby is growing right on schedule. I'll continue to keep you and your family in my prayers. You HAVE to let us know how Serenity reacts to the news! I'm so excited to hear!
I have decided how to tell Serenity, I am going to wait for the scan and get her a photo.. then wrap it up and call it a late christmas present. Then write on the blank paper which the picture will be in " This is your little brother of sister in Mummys belly"
And I am going to video her opening it.
Thanks ladies for all your comments. I am so so happy. I am still cautious as my Angel died at 8.5 weeks.
I have also had the flu the past 2 days and been laid up in bed, Tony has been taking good care of me and I have the energy to bath and sit here and type.
