These last few weeks have just been one thing after another. First I was sick, then dealing with the worst AF ever, and now I'm dealing with SAD. It's times like this I'm glad I live in Florida so it took this long for it to get bad enough for me to really notice it. I miss you guys though I just wish I had more energy! I go to the doctor tomorrow so maybe I will mention it there and see what they suggest.
I have SAD too I was only saying to DB last night I can feel myself slipping into the winter blues big time! Although I live in yucky wet England so I should be use to it by now I hope things get better for you soon, it's so hard to be positive when TTC let alone when your body is set on making things as hard as possible!
I have chronic chest pain and I was on a medication for that which can also be used as an anti-depressant (it's just a lower dose when used for pain) but I ran out of that a few months ago. That's the whole reason I was going to the doctor so I can get it refilled. Anyway she said that there's a chance when I start back on it the SAD will get a little better too. But other than that, just try to get sunlight (but wear sunscreen). That's going to be hard for me because I'm basically a vampire lol.
