Well im out of the running this month
My chart was looking really great better than any other month before so thought it was a good sign with all the other symptoms etc. I had no af symtoms at all. I usually get a warning sign of brown spotting first then next day bleed but nothing
Took my temp yesterday morning which had dropped then within half an hour i had started to bleed. I was tottaly shocked.
Well least i had a normal cycle length this month and a good looking chart
Heres to the next 26ish days
