Hello,
I am 34 years old, married and with one child. I have been TTC for the last three years without success. I have been in and out of family health clinics looking for help, but I have not been helped. However, in June last years, I went through numerous fertility tests and they were all negative. The doctor recommended that I request my husband to go for check-ups. I discussed this with him, and at last, he agreed. This year in May, he went for the tests which revealed that he has low sperm count. At first, he was not willing to disclose these results to me and decided to seek a third opinion. The second doctor carried out the tests, and his verdict was the same- low sperm count. Now I have a few questions which I would be happy if any one of you can help me find the answer. What could have been the cause of the problem given that we already have a child? Are there types of foods or diets my husband can be put on to help improve the sperm count? Is the condition treatable?

Hello my dear friend, I am so sorry to hear about your problem and I hope you will find good solution for it. It is always a hard and stressful time when you face such issues in your life. I know that you want to conceive with natural way but low sperm count of your husband is a problem in this case. Male infertility is very common these days and loss account is also a type of male infertility. It is possible to find help and medical treatment solution for this issue. You and your husband should not lose hope and happiness because of this problem. This problem can be treated easily and you need to find help in any certified and trusted infertility clinic where you can get services of professional health experts in this issue. It is also possible to get natural treatment solution for male infertility and low sperm count issue. You just need to add some good nutrition in regular diet of your husband and he should switch to Healthy lifestyle. Regular exercise and yoga can be really helpful in this case. If he is working anywhere and he is always busy in work then it may be a reason of this issue. If you want to help him to treat this issue, I will suggest him not to take any kind of stress and anxiety on the mind. Stress is the main cause of such male infertility issues and he should live positive and happy life to face this issue. I hope he will get good treatment solution with it and will be able to get good sperm count soon. You will be able to get happiness to become a mother soon.

This is treatable. My brother in law has one child. They were TTC'ing for second. But they couldn't make it happen for 4 years. They went to doctors. Her wife's test were ok. His tests were not good. He had low sperm count. Although he had one baby but it happened. He started her treatment. His treatment was finished after 6 months. They again tried for second child. Her wife got pregnant last year. Now they have two beautiful children. Low sperm count is treatable. Just look for some good clinic.
