Hello all...I'm sure I have probably seen most of you around the "main ttc board". My name is Denise and I am 34 years old. My dh is Kyle and he is 31 years old. We got married 9-30-05. This is both of our 2nd marriages. I had 4 children from my ex and he wasn't able to have any with his ex (her problem, not his). I have Kelsey Marie who is 14, Meaghan Michelle who is 11, Timmy (Timothy) David who is 7, and lauren Elizabeth who is 5. After the birth of Lauren (30 minutes after) I had a tubal ligation done because my ex didn't want to have anymore. (He was actually done at 3...then Lauren "popped" out!!) Kyle and I would like to try to have a baby together so we scraped up $9,000.00 and had a tubal reversal done 3-29-06. (I include that amount so everyone reading this will know how much it is to have done when considering a tubal ligation!)

This is our 6th month of TTC. I called at the beginning of 5 months to the dr. who did my reversal and the only thing he said he could do is an HSG, but we are going to try this month without it. So if I don't get pregnant this month, I will go see if my tubes are open or if there is scarring in there or something. He said it is an uncomfortable procedure and to wait the 5th and 6th month..then call. So here I am..never thought I would be in the TTC 6 months +!!!

sidenote: I tested with 2 women on my 2nd month of ttc and they both got +'s...me -
I tested with Taylor (sylph21) and she got a +..me-
I tested with bamagymncoach (Melissa) she got a +..me -
I was supposed to test with elmwolfe she got a +...me -

Do you see a patern there????

Thank you! Hubby and I were talking yesterday, and actually...we have not been TTC for 6 months yet...this is our 6th cycle...does that still count??? My cycles are every 26 days, so therefore I (being the ditzo I am) didn't think it the whole way through and just thought it was 6 months (because it feels like it)!

Welcome!!! My Name is Sandy I am the co-host of this board. I have 2 DD Jessie 10 and Paige 6 weeks. It took me 14 months Of TTC to finally get my aby so I know how hard it is waiting!

I look forward to getting to know you this cycle test alone.....lol You are not doing good with a buddy...lol Or I can test with you I know I will get a BFN....lol

I forgot to ask what part of MO are you from? I have family in West Plains area ( Koshkanog ) and I go up there a lot it is very beautiful there.

Welcome! I'm Jessica and the other co-host of this board (albeit, a very bad one...well, a busy one lately, anyway). DH and I are about to have our first. Give me a couple of weeks and Sandy and I can test with you, both get negatives, and TA-DA! There's YOUR positive! Sure, that's how it works, right?

I've seen you around here and there on the boards. You've been through a lot to get to this point! I certainly hope that you don't have to have the procedure and that your BFP comes soon!!! Are you charting and all that fun stuff?
