Some of you know me, others may not so here is a little about me...
My name is Astrid. I am 31, DH is 38. When AF arrives this cycle, we will officially enter the TTC for 6+ months category. Honestly, when we didn't get pregnant right away after our loss, I was extremely upset. We got pregnant on our 1st try after getting married & to now be TTC for over 6 months is a bit of a bummer. The thing is that I am really trying to believe that God knows what he is doing & that he will provide me & my hubby a wonderful miracle in the near future.
Thank you for reading my little intro!

Welcome...I am new here myself..but I have seen you around the TTC board..
I hope that God knows what he is doing and gives you your miracle very soon...I think everyone on this particular board knows how it feels to be here..it is frustrating to say the least..but I am glad we can all be here for each other.
Best of luck to you...

Welcome Astrid I know you!
I also had a M/C on my 9th cycle of trying and finally got my sticky bean on cycle 14!!!! I know how hard it is losing a baby and then on top of it taking a while to get your BFP. I am here for you anytime that you want to talk.
BTW have you been to the DR about taking you so long to get your BFP? After my M/C we found out that I was not ovulating a mature egg and that is why I was not getting my BFP and they think it is why I lost my baby.

Denise ~ You are very right. Everyone here does know my pain & frustration! I know things will happen in God's time.
Sandy ~ Thank you for the welcome! WHen you went to the dr, did they give you anything to help ripen your egg? I did go to the OB 3 months after the m/c & was on Clomid for 3 cycles. Didn't like it, don't want to take it again!
Gwen ~ Hey girl! It has been a while! We are both due for some BFPs if you ask me!

Hey Astrid!
Welcome to this board. I know about frustration. We have been TTC for 14 months now with nothing. I have tried a couple cycles of Clomid and have gotten so frustrated I had to take a step back and realize no matter how hard I try, there is something about being the right time I guess.
Glad to see you here but hopefully your time will be coming soon.

Welcome, Astrid! I don't know if you remember me, but I remember you from the Loss Board. I'm sorry that you find yourself trying for so long. Of course, if anyone does, the women here understand your frustration. We found out that I could eve GET pregnant by accident. After that loss, we didn't get pregnant again for over a year, then came loss after loss. I don't know what our problem was, specifically. Eventually, though, one "took"!
Hmmm...have you talked with your doc about something besides Clomid? I'm pretty sure that there are other things out there that s/he can give you to at least boost your chances!
Good luck! And welcome again. Hopefully, your stay will be short, but in the meantime, I hope you enjoy the company!

The clomid worked for me. I did not like taking it but it worked so I can't complain OMG it hurt so bad to BD I thought I was going to cry. The Dr said the Clomid would make me release a more mature egg and it worked.

welcome Astrid! I feel a bit silly welming you when I have only been here a little while myself! I KNOW you are all perfectly correct when you talk of God's plan, it has to be the way it has to be and there are all sorts of angels in heaven.
okay - now that I am officially tearing up you have some very substantial reason for hope. The fact that you did concieve is a hudle that I have not been able to conquer and I know it means that you are meant for success.
My best wishes to you,
Ange

Hi! Sorry to see you here, but we're all a good group of ladies. I post here from time to time. It's been over 7 months since my m/c and I haven't really tried all of those 7 months, so I guess I haven't been trying 6+ months since the m/c, but anywhoo it's been over a year of TTC all together. Started last July and here I am over a year later with no baby still. There is a plan, I just know it. I just wish I could be psychic and know what that plan is. I do get a rush of excitement each month wondering "is this the month" "am I pregnant" it's kind of a thrill. Good luck to us all!!!
