Well, I had my Dr. appt today to get the ultrasound and the results of all of my tests. Everything turned out NORMAL!!!!!!!!! Ovaries and uterus are in the right position and right size and look very healthy. Thyroid perfect, NO Lupus, and progesterone from 5 dpo......[23!!!!!! So everything turned out fine with me. I'm so glad. Oh...and I asked her today about the hot flashes that I get in the 2ww and she said it's normal because the hormones rise and drop so quickly after O, it is not uncommon to have hot flashes especially in the week leading up to AF.

The bad news....DH isn't thrilled about having to get an S/A. He was a little resentful towards me saying "Well, then obviously the problem lies with me, so why bother being tested." So, I explained to him that because we live so close to the place, he doesn't even need to talk to them I can call and set everything up and bring the cup to him and bring it back. I also explained that just because there wasn't anything wrong with me, doesn't mean there is something wrong with him. We both may be normal and just aren't trying hard enough or trying too hard. It could also still be with me, but they can't test anything else without being more invasive. So, after our talk, he seemed up for the challenge, so I'll probably try to get him to do it next week.

Overall a GREAT experience for me!!!! To anyone DREADING getting tests done after trying for over a year, don't wait any longer, this was the easiest thing I've had to do since ttc......I mean riding the bike up side down is WAY harder!!!!

That is great news! I am sorry that DH does not want to have the test done but it could end up being nothing, or something easy to fix!

That is very good news. I'm sure your DH will come through for the tests, he wants a baby as much as you do! Keep us posted!

YAY for the great news!!!! Sorry your hubby has to do that...my dh had to do it also, he is really shy, but seemed to be just fine...and with him, he went to the place, (the only place in the whole city that actually does them at this particular lab) and they gave him a cup and he had to go into a public bathroom (only 1 stall) and "do it"..lol

Best of luck to you!
