i dont know what is wrong with me. all i had for dinner was a turkey sandwich and some applesauce to take my meds with. oh and half of a brownie. i have the worst heartburn. you know how sometimes you throw up just a tiny bit in your mouth. oh my gosh i cant believe i said that. totally gross. anyway that has happened 3 times tonight. i dont know what is wrong. i havnt ate anything that would cause heartburn. and here i am with no tums or anything.

I had heartburn alot and a glass of Milk always made it a little better.
