My Plan this Cycle

Chart using Fertility Friend
BD every other day
Prop hips after BD for 20 minutes
Take prenatal vitamin and other supplements every day
Progesterone cream starting right after ovulation
Drink Fertilitea every evening
HSG this Friday
Relaxation and visualization exercises
Eat healthfully
Moderate daily exercise

Anything I should add? What's your plan?

Oh yeah, OPKs, good idea, I think I'll use those this cycle, too. Also, we're going to try PreSeed again this cycle, I have a small amount left.

Looks like you have all your bases covered!

Have you used prog. cream before? I'd thought about using it, but I think that I couldn't find it around here and never got around to ordering it...just wondering if you noticed any bodily effects.

About the cream, I used it once before and never noticed any effects from it.

Yeah, I'm keeping the appointment. DH is going with me. He'll wait in the waiting room for me. Then maybe we can do something fun after since we're both taking the day off. I just have to keep my eye on the prize. I'm going to use my relaxation techniques during it to keep myself calm. GL to you, I hope we both graduate to a DDC very soon.

I'll keep y'all posted. So far I've taken three doses and no side effects, not that I've noticed anyway. I wasn't ovulating before, so if I do get a positive OPK this cycle, that means it worked!
