I can share my TTC experince with you..I took Greean tea tablets, robutussin cough syrup for nice EWCM till ovulation. And We BD`ed 2 days ago and the day after O. I got Pregnant the first cycle. Personally i think That cough syrup helped me a lot b/c i had lots of cm that months(sorry TMI).

The Month I got my BFP I also took robutussin cough syrup.

How many Green tea tablets did you take did a doctor tell you wnat you should take? i took two tablets a day. thats less then recommended on the bottle but my doctor didn't tell me to take it so i didn't want to take to much.

They are over the counter. You can find anywhere.

I took the syrup 1 tablespoon twice a day. That was enough for me. But you can take 2x3 times.It is said on babycenter. Green tea i took 1 500mg tablet 2 times a day.(recommended dosage )I took them till O then stopped. I know it is not good to take grean tea after O since it can cause problems with imp.

I bought my tussin DM lastnight! I also go some green tea and hubby bought multivitamins and I have been taking prenatals

i did some research and your only supposed to take the cough syrup for 5 days around O time, one site said to start taking it when you start to feel "wet down there" and stop taking it the day that you O. and make sure that the only active ingredient in thr syrup is Guaifenesin and if there is dextromethorphan in it don't take it because it does the opposite. I'm going to try and take it next cycle if i can pin down when i should O

I read that its really bad to take the DM one while TTC because Dextromethorphan can cause birth defects.

If you're going to use cough syrup, don't use one with dextromethorphan in it! (DM)

Cough syrup should be the Expectorant. I asked my pharmacy to verify telling her that I was ttc and she explained why it needs to be the Expectorant.</span></span>
